Welcome to Dude! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (the “App”) and its features. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1.1 Account Creation: To use Dude, you must register an account using Google, Apple, or an email address. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
1.2 Nicknames and Avatars: After registering, you can choose a nickname and an avatar. You agree to ensure that your nickname and avatar comply with our Community Guidelines and do not infringe on others' rights.
1.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.1 Creating Walls: Users can create “Walls,” which serve as collaborative spaces for sharing educational content. Walls can include up to six users and must comply with the App’s rules.
2.2 Wall Leadership: The creator of a Wall is the “Captain,” with the ability to remove other users. Non-captains may remove themselves from Walls at any time.
2.3 Content Creation: Users can generate educational lessons (“Lessons”) using AI. To generate Lessons, users must purchase a “Noodle Box” as described in Section 3.
2.4 Free Content: Users may access Lessons shared by others without cost. Such content is added to a shared pool accessible to all users.

3.2 Refunds: Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Contact our support team for any issues regarding purchases.
4.1 Quiz Completion: Each Lesson concludes with a five-question quiz. Users earn individual and team points based on performance.
4.2 Leagues: Teams advance through leagues based on collective points. Participation in leagues is subject to compliance with these Terms.
